بِالْحَقِّ (Bil‑Haqq)
- Can imply that they will hear the Saihah (blast or cry) “as they should.”
- Or that they “really will hear it,” i.e., in truth.
يَوْمَ يَسْمَعُونَ الصَّيْحَةَ بِالْحَقِّ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ يَوْمُ الْخُرُوجِ
“The Day they will hear the blast [of the Horn] in truth. That is the Day of coming out [from the graves]”
A solemn scene: a true hearing of the Saihah, and the Day of al-Khurooj.
The Ayah frames a decisive moment: they will hear the Saihah “in truth.” This underscores certainty — a hearing that is real and as it should be — and signals يَوْمُ الْخُرُوجِ, the Day of coming out.
