Deciphering the real purpose

Ibrahim recognizes that the Angels’ presence signifies more than just good news.

  • The Angels have delivered the glad tidings of a son.
  • He can decipher that these Angels have been sent with other business greater than informing him of this news.
  • He therefore asks them about the real purpose for why they were sent.
